All acupuncture therapists/ practitioners are hereby informed by the Maharashtra Council of Acupuncture to fill in the survey form for collection of information about the practitioners. The survey form will be live on the following link till 11th July 2019.

Practitioners please note that the certificate upload option is limited to 1MB file size. All participants of survey are requested to scan the certificates and compress the file to enable limit it to 1MB.
